Celebrate the Day with a generous shared feast designed for lingering lunches and plenty of festive cheer.
Begin with house-made bread and an Australian seafood platter featuring prawns, oysters and delicate slices of crudo. For the main event, enjoy slow-cooked osso bucco with gremolata and poached ocean trout with beurre blanc and finger lime, accompanied by vibrant seasonal sides. A saffron risotto with chestnut mushrooms is available as the vegetarian main.
Finish on a suitably indulgent note with an individual Black Forest Bûche de Noël.
