Inspired by the mythical landscapes and rich culinary traditions of Yunnan, this immersive dining experience pairs thoughtfully curated dishes with expressive wines from Tinnyu — a winery renowned for capturing the spirit, altitude and mystique of the Shangri-La region in every glass.

Marvellous Mushrooms Chefs Table
Indulge in a chef’s table experience celebrating the remarkable versatility of mushrooms across every course at The Brasserie.
In collaboration with Brisbane’s renowned Urban Valley Mushrooms, this intimate dining event explores the rich culinary history of mushrooms throughout European cuisine, from the Mediterranean to the Baltics, hot and cold, light and morish.
Guests will enjoy a 5 course menu where mushrooms take centre stage in every dish, presented through a range of techniques, textures and seasonal expressions. While the menu is not vegetarian, animal proteins will play a supporting role, allowing the depth and complexity of the mushrooms to remain the hero of each course.

For one exclusive afternoon, The Fifty Six partners with Tour de Tea for an immersive Cantonese tea pairing experience exploring the remarkable depth, texture and ritual of premium Chinese tea.
Across six curated tea expressions, guests will journey through delicate whites, fragrant greens, complex oolongs and smoky black teas, thoughtfully paired alongside signature Cantonese dishes including Har Gow, Char Siu, Salt & Pepper Calamari and more.
Hosted within the heritage surrounds of Naldham House, this intimate event blends flavour, storytelling and ceremony into a dining experience unlike anything else in Brisbane.

In partnership with Archie Rose Distilling Co., expect playful cocktails, tasty snacks, and DJs spinning from 4pm to keep things moving as the sun goes down. Join us Easter Saturday, April 4, for a VERY delicious high tea, that will have you hopping with joy.
Two seatings available from 11:30am and from 2:30pm
$65pp for adults and $35pp for children under 12.
