Beginning with Champagne and a canapé on arrival, the experience moves through a four-course banquet by The Fifty Six, paired with Taittinger Cuvée Prestige, Brut Millésimé 2018, Cuvée Prestige Rosé, Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2014 and Sec Nocturne.
