Brisbane diners are in for a rare culinary collision when Short Grain joins forces with The Fifty Six at Naldham House for an exclusive one-night-only dinner on Tuesday, 13 October 2026.
Hosted by chef and Chef Eats Brisbane author Sam Parish, the evening will bring the two kitchens led by Gerald Ong and Martin Boetz, together over a generous sharing-style menu, combining bold Southeast Asian flavours, refined technique and a distinctly playful spirit.
